General Info
Beavercreek Robotics invites you to join our 3rd annual Dayton Classic VEX VRC Middle School Qualifier! This middle school only event will feature two competition fields and two skills fields for up to 40 teams. Inperson judging will be conducted and we ask team submitting notebooks to bring a physcal copy. No digital submissions, please.
FOOD: A full concession stand will also be available. We will also have a hospitality room with additional snacks & refreshments for advisors/coaches and volunteers.
MATCHES & JUDGING
- Each team will have a minimum of five qualifying matches. The tournament will proceed with 2-team alliances.
- Please familiarize yourself and your teams with the Over Under official rules. The GAME MANUAL (scroll to the bottom) is a good place to start! We also highly recommend watching the Referee Training Videos (once available) so that everyone has a clear understanding of all game rules.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Registration fees minus the $5 REC processing fee per team will be issued if the event is canceled due to severe weather.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Registration fees minus the $5 REC processing fee per team will be issued as long a coaches withdraw at least 14 days before the event. No refunds will be given for coach withdraws within under 14 days or no-shows the day of the event.

Judging Format
In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
