Judging Format: Remote judging
We are looking to use this scrimmage as a great practice opportunity for your team as well as creating a resource for our entire Event Partner community as they beging hosting these in their Regions. Note: The REC Foundation is recording all of the Skills Competition on Saturday, 9/26, to share with others. Judging is not recorded.
Instructions on how/where to sign up for the available time slots are sent upon registering for the event. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive a sign up email immediately after you register.
Mandatory: All participants (In-person and Remote) must have a Participant Release Form on file. It is the responsibility of the coach to make sure this occurs. In-Person Skills: For those travelling to Greenville for Saturday, 9/26, please arrive 30 minutes before your slot time. Please text your team number to 903-458-2953 when you arrive. After texting, remain in/near your car until a RECF staff person signals for you and your team to get a temperature check. Face masks are required to enter the building. A practice field is available for 20 minutes before your time slot so you can charge batteries and make any small modifications to the robot.

Judging: Tues-Thur (9/22-24), 3-5 PM CST, 15 minute interviews inside of 20 minute time slots
Inspections: Friday (9/24): 3-6 PM CST
Pre-recorded Event Meeting: Sent to coaches on Friday (9/25) to watch with the team
Skills: Saturday (9/26), 9 AM - 3 PM CST, 20 minutes per team to complete up to (3) Driver and (3) Programming Robot Skills matches.
