基本信息
Each team needs to bring their own computers and an extention cord. Tables will be provied for teams to use. Each team will be responsible for the meals for their teams. Each school shall bring with them their CoDrone, batteries and chargers. The event will be held in the main gym at Garfield STEM Magnet Community School and parking will be located on the east side of the school near the gym.

Registration and check in will start at 0800 with team matches starting about 1000. The teams will be allowed to practice on all fields between 0830 and 0930. The event should end about 1600 or a little sooner.

Volunteers will be provided a small breakfast and nice lunch. If you are interested in volunteering, please email the Event Partner.
紧急情况及坏天气政策
Because the event will be indoors there shouldn't be any weather related issues. Any changes due to weather or emergency will be sent to teams by email.
If weather prevents you from attending, refund requests will be handled on a case by case basis.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- If there are any unforseen circumstances that cause the event to not be held on the scheduled date. We will try to reschedule. If unable to reschedule, then a refund will be issued.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- No refunds will be given.
