About the Team

We are a public middle school in Maryland. We have qualified 6 of the past 7 years for Worlds dating back to 2011. We have 10 IQ and 4 VRC teams in our club. We also have a high school club that has qualified for Worlds every year for 12 years. We also have an elementary school, Sparks, that has 3 IQ teams with 1 qualified to attend Worlds this year. We meet once a week at school, host events, and a summer camp. We are very involved in helping grown VEX in our state and work with RECF rep, Katrina Hill.

About this Season

Hereford Zone Robotics (HZR) has directly hosted 2 events and was a major assist to 6 other events. We were the major event partner in organizing and running all 4 Maryland state championships.
