Team

Alone we make little things, together we make a different, because we are the team of young engineers, and because we are a team and we have goals to achieve we work hard, together, to win in vex IQ Competition, and we achieved our important goal which is to win the Competition. Our group contains from 4 girls, Elyazeya, 12 years old she is good in design, Mahra 13 years old she is good in driving, Ghala 12 years old she is good in programing, Maitha 12 years old she is good in Mechanics. We were participated in two Mini competitions at emirates science club and Asma Bint Al Numan High School in Dubai, at National competition, we got the design Award, and the second place in the teamwork. We started our journey in the Emirats Science Club, However, we came from different environment but our goals was the same. We believed that future starts from today not Tomorrow, and we had to achieve our goals to build it, because this is GMME team.

Season

Community service activity that we’ve participated in has meant the most to us and support the students of Dubai disabled's center we help them in robotics training, due to lack of trainers, we decided to volunteer; this training help us in our field. we need to help others and our society, our plans is affected by community service. Hosting events: “Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.” Through commitment, hard work, and mainly enthusiasm, the Emirates Science Club hosted the first local VEX competition that compromised of VEX IQ where more than 10 teams were competing against each other and VEX EDR that involved more than 7 teams competing against each other. The secret to any event success is effective organization. Therefore, the club called for 14 volunteers and trained them as referees. Also, to ensure spreading a passion for volunteering among children, the volunteers team involved an 8 years old kid whose task was focused on organizing the playground. Winners of this competition didn’t only win a local competition but were also nominated for the regional competition.
