<T10>
Be prepared for minor field variance. Field Element tolerances may vary from nominal by up to ±1.0”, unless otherwise specified. Block weights may vary from nominal by up to ±2 grams. Teams are encouraged to design their Robots accordingly. Please make sure to check Appendix A for more specific nominal dimensions and tolerances. The following general guidelines can be used for Block placement tolerances: Red Blocks: The curved face should be balanced on both halves of the Starting Peg. Neither of the gray Starting Peg plates should be able to “nest” inside of the red Block’s triangular notches. Green Blocks: The angled corners should not cross over any black line. Purple Blocks: The angled corners should not cross over any black line, and the Block should not overlap any holes in the field tiles.
