New and returning V5RC, VIQRC, and VURC Event Partners: please join us for this monthly webinar covering Event Partner topics for the 25/26 season. 

This Month’s Topic: Dos and Donts of an Event

  • Meeting time:  6:00PM - 7:00PM Central Time
  • More specifics will be added in the week leading up to the event

Webinar Information

  • The webinar will be recorded and posted on the day following the session.
  • Participants will receive a Zoom webinar link to the email address that they used to register for this event, after registration closes
  • The ‘Resources’ tab of the RobotEvents page will be updated with a Resource Page from the presentation after the training is complete
  • Event Partners will receive 1 hour of Professional Development for attending the event live
  • Registration is free
  • No students, please

    • Pay close attention to the email address you enter, and double-check for errors before submitting.If you type your email address incorrectly, you will not receive an invitation.

  2. STEP TWO: Check for an email from Zoom

    • Be sure that you are checking the same email address that you included on the Zoom registration form above.

    • The email from Zoom will contain a unique link for you to join the webinar.

    • The email may take up to 10 minutes to arrive, depending on your mailing service.

    • Check your SPAM folder; the invitation link may have been sent there.

    • Only one device may join with this link, so please do not share it
       

  3. STEP THREE: Log onto Zoom Meetings

    • At the scheduled time, click on the link that was included in the email from Zoom.

    • You may need to sign into Zoom again. Use the email address that you used to create the account.
