Zoom Meeting Registration and Instructions:

  • A Zoom account is required to participate in the webinar.
  • If you do not have a zoom account, please go to www.zoom.com and create one using the same email address as your RobotEvents account.

STEP ONE: Register for the Webinar on Zoom

  • Follow the link located on the "Webcast" tab of this event to be redirected to the Registration Page anytime between now and the day of the webinar (registration will take about 2-5 minutes)
  • Complete the survey at the bottom
  • Be sure to use the same email address as the one attached to your RobotEvents account
  • Click [Register]

STEP TWO: Check your email for an email from Zoom

  • The email from Zoom will contain a unique link for you to join the webinar
  • Only one device may join with this link - so please do not share it 

STEP THREE: Log onto Zoom Meetings

  • On the day of the webinar, click on the link that was included in the email from Zoom
  • You may need to sign into Zoom again - use the email address that you used to create the account

 

Things to remember:

  • This webinar is for adults only, no students please
  • The webinar will not be recorded
  • Microphones will be muted for participants 
  • Have your cell phone/tablet ready to scan QR codes throughout the call
  • Participants are encouraged to use the built-in Q&A system - you can submit a question at any time throughout the presentation
  • In order to receive Professional Development credit, participants must be present and follow the directions that will be provided on the call
  • A quick-reference sheet with links and more information will be uploaded to the RobotEvents page under the “Resources” tab after the event
