General Info

This camp is for students entering grades 3-6 in Fall 2024.  Students will learn basic programming skills using VEX IQ robots and VEXcode IQ.  Camp lessons will cover setting up motors and the controller, simple autonomous commands, and programming some sensors.

A snack will be provided for camp participants. 

Participants will be required to wear closed toe shoes.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Parents will be contacted if an emergency or bad weather should arise.

Refund and Payment Policies

Students that wish to withdraw before camp will receive no refund unless another student from the Waiting List can fill the camper’s spot. In this case, there will be a $5 processing fee.  If a student withdraws before the camp due to extenuating circumstances, the Camp Coordinators will consider whether a refund is appropriate. Refunds in this instance will be rare. 

If event is cancelled by SCTCC, then refunds will be provided.
