General Info
Welcome to CVCHS WISE CLUB Girl Power Robotics Workshop! Girls in WISE CLUB at CVCHS will design and build robots to compete in a VEX Robotics challenge!
CVCHS WISE CLUB (Women in Science and Engineering) seeks to connect and accelerate careers for women in traditionally underrepresented STEM fields and engages the community via public events and workshops.
No experience is necessary! This will be a fun learning experience!
The workshop will be a one-day event where students will learn how to build a robot in the morning, program it, and at the end of the day, will be able to drive it and complete a task.
This workshop is for WISE CLUB members at CVCHS.
With students from a variety of backgrounds, this workshop aims to promote and celebrate the diversification of STEM through the inclusion of gender minorities.
Although this is a Girl Powered event, this is totally inclusive and open to all CVCHS students*
