General Info

 

 

Walker Elementary will be hosting a build day and scrimmage time would be 9-3 lunch will be 12:00 -12:40. The purpose of this event is to allow elementary teams build time, help with coding, and allows teams to learn about Full Volume. Two fields with game elements will be set up, one for scrimmages with other teams and one for skills to practice competition format. Elementary teachers this is a great opportunity to learn about VEX competitions without the pressure of having a completed robot.

    Teams must bring all build equipment and computers. Refreshments and pizza will be available for sale.

      Minimum of 10 teams must participate for event to be held.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

There is a minimum of 10 teams required for event to take place.

No refunds will be provided for no shows.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  Event will be canceled if there is a not a minimum of 10 participants. In case of cancelation event fees will be refunded except $5 registration fee.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  There are NO REFUNDS for no shows or coach cancelations.
