General Info

The 2023-2024 Oregon Event Partner Summit will be held on August 26th. This event is open to anyone from Oregon who is looking to host a VEXU, VEX Robotics Competition, or VEX IQ Competition event this season. This meeting will take place at the West Salem High School in Salem, OR. Our goal is to map out the season for the state, provide some trainings for those looking to host, share best practices, learn in various discussion sessions, and discuss updates to the upcoming competition season. There will be a catered lunch for all attendees. If you would like to pre-submit questions for any of the discussion sessions or for the General Q and A sessions, please email those and any other questions to Richard Craig, Event Engagement Manager at [email protected]
