General Info

Girl Powered Workshop Presented by Google

Google is sponsoring a 2-day workshop for girls in grades 6-12 who are interested in learning about the fascinating opportunities in the worlds of Robotics and STEM.

The Girl Powered Workshop is a collaboration between the Robotics Education & Competition (REC) Foundation and Google. During the workshop, participants will be tasked with designing and building a robot to play in a series of driving and programming skills challenges.

This is open to any girl in grades 6-12 who is a beginner or has very limited experience with robotics. Several trained volunteers will attend to assist each participant.
