Volunteer

All of our Engineering Professionals are volunteers.   Please treat them with kindness, respect, and gratitude for the donation of their personal time and energy. We could not host an event of this magnitude without their dedication and willingness to serve.

Thank you in advance for your part helping to take care of our school. Be sure to place all trash in the receptacles provided.. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Emergency / Bad Weather:

The event may be canceled if in the opinion of management, inclement weather could endanger students, coaches, mentors, parents, and volunteers. A refund will be issued, and check mailed to teams within 3-6 weeks of the scheduled event date, less a processing fee of $5.00 per team registration.

Please make sure all of your information is correct in RobotEvents.com; email address, school phone & fax number, your cell phone number, in case we need to contact everyone after regular school hours.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refund Policy:

·       Should a team need to withdraw from the tournament after registration and payment, they must notify management as soon as possible.
