General Info
Hello, and thank you for your interest in the Texas Region 3 Event Partners Summit! This will be an inperson meeting for the Event Partners of Region 3 where we will discuss updates, events, and the upcoming season. If you are unable to attend in person, we should have a live stream avaliable to attend virtually. The meeting will NOT be recorded, but the slide show will be sent out to all Event Partners after the Summit.

Parking is located around th back of the building. The summit location will be located in the main gym. If you are unabl to find your way inside, please feel free to call myself or James Jobe and we can help with navigation.
Refund Policy
Event is free, so no refund necessary.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If weather would cause the event to have to be canceled, we will be fully virtual. Updates and link for joining will be shared via email.
Volunteer
Volunteers are not necessary.
