General Info

The 2022-2023 Tennessee VEX Robotics Event Partner Meeting will be held on July 21st and 22nd.  This event is open to anyone from Tennessee who is looking to host a VEXU, VEX Robotics Competition, or VEX IQ Competition event this season.  The meeting will take place at Brentwood Academy in Brentwood, TN.   Our goal is to map out the season for the state, assist those looking to host for the first time, share best practices, learn in various breakout sessions, and discuss updates to the upcoming competition season.  We have 6 breakout sessions with 3-4 sessions per block.  Please check the agenda for breakout sessions. There will be a catered dinner for all attendees on Thursday, July 21st at 5PM at Brentwood.  If you can not attend, all sessions will be recorded and sent upon request. If you would like to pre-submit questions for any breakout session presenters or for the General Q and A sessions, please email those and any other questions to Ryan Osweiler, Event Engagement Manager at ryan.osweiler@roboticseducation.org .

Thank you!
