General Info

ROBOTICON Tampa Bay is a youth robotics showcase organized each fall by the Foundation for Community Driven Innovation, a nonprofit educational organization, in partnership with the University of South Florida and other community partners.  Now in its 9th year, the goal of ROBOTICON is to provide a high-quality team-based competitive robotics event that inspires youth through its mentor supported, hands-on skill building experience.  ROBOTICON also aims to increase public awareness of youth STEM education opportunities, and to help create pathways for  networking, and college and career readiness experiences for participating students.

You can learn more about our hybrid program agenda HERE.

ROBOTICON can be enjoyed live throughout the course of our month-long event in October, via the ROBOTICON Facebook page, our YouTube Channel and Twitch!

As you might imagine, it's a bit of a challenge to host a hybrid event right now, and so programming continues to shift a bit, although overall event details and dates will not.  VEX Day will be held on Oct 3 and registered teams will recieve accurate and updated full event day information prior to that date.
