General Info

The Western Washington VRC Event Partner Regional Meeting is open to all event partners that will be hosting a VRC event this season and those that are interesting in becoming a VRC Event Partner.  The meeting will be an opportunity to network with other Event Partners in your region and to learn best practices when hosting an event.  Please register for this free event so that we can have an accurate count of those that will be attending.

This meeting will be held at Cavelero Mid-High School from 5:30 - 8:30pm.  Please enter through the main doors and the meeting will take place in Room B133 across from the gym.

  • Updates to the 2019/2020 season
  • Season event schedule
  • Online event resources and documentation
  • Sharing best practices and answering questions
  • Game review and rule questions

Organizations that are considering hosting an event for this season are encouraged to attend.  Snacks and drinks will be provided to participants.
