General Info

This meeting has four main objectives:

1. To present a picture of the growth we've seen in Virginia, and to outline a vision of where that growth may take us in the future.

2. To work out a general strategy for scheduling events and sharing equipment for this season's competitions to maximize the number of events and their timing and locations to best serve all teams in our state.

3. Provide some foundational training for those interested in holding events - overall guidelines, best practices, and Tournament Manager software training.

4. Discuss any statewide issues as well as general questions and answers regarding holding events and managing volunteers and teams to give all students the best possible experiences.
