General Info

To kick off the new season of competition events for Florida we are hosting local Event Partner Summits in partnership with some of our most experienced Event Partners. We will be sharing best practices for running events, new rules, the qualifying criteria, planning for your events, discussing judging, awards, referee details, finding and managing volunteers and of course review the new games and field elements.

Details for location and to register are on this page. Deadline to register is Wednesday, July 10th, unless it fills sooner (cap of 30).This is a professional development opportunity of 8 hours--this is free.  Be sure to bring any documentation we need to assist with.

With expanding growth in Florida in teams we are looking for teachers and mentors to host more events for more opportunities to play as well as experienced event partners to help mentor new event partners.  If you are not currently hosting events you are encouraged to attend.   I can set you up in the system as an EP, where you also get game element discounts, just send me your email for your robotevents account. Our continued growth has led us to have have TWO venues for the State Championship again this year!  One in North/Central Florida and a second in South Florida!  Please come and assist to be part of the planning and discussions for both State Championship events.
