General Info

This tournament will be held at Auburn University in the SCORE office, room 1120 of Beard-Eaves Memorial Coliseum, not on the main floor. It is primarily for VRC teams who have qualified to prepare for worlds. We will have limited space for spectators so we ask that teams limit the number of attendees.

In the unlikely event of an emergency/weather situation, we will contact registered teams to discuss postponing/canceling our tournament.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Due to how Robot Events sends payments, we are unable to offer refunds to teams that have completed payment.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

We are unable to offer refunds for this event.
