This VRC event is for paid NSBE Jr members/chapters only.
Competition Preparation
This event is sure to be a fast-paced and exciting event. All teams should come prepared for competition. Here are a few steps that every team should take to ensure that they are prepared.
** Engineering Notebooks to be HARDCOPY**
1. Review the rules, the code of conduct, and run through the inspection checklist.
2. Check the Vex Forum for official rule updates and changes.
3. Carefully read all of the information contained in this tournament posting
4. Review the descriptions and criteria for the awards that are being given during the tournament.
5. Prep for your interviews with the judges. Check the awards tab to see what awards will be given during the tournament.

8:30 AM Inspection Opens and Inspection will close at 9:30 AM
Teams check in, setup pits, Teams must be inspected before going to the Skills fields.
Turn In notebooks at Check in Table
8:00 AM All Fields OPEN for Skills/ Teams must have passed inspection first (3 attempts each)
9:45 AM Drivers Meeting

4:30 Awards and Tear Down.

If event is canceled due to emergency, teams will be notified.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: There is no refund for this event. Payment is not required.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: There is no refund for this event. Payment is not required.
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
