Agenda
MARCH 4, 2024 TENTATIVE AGENDA - Based upon the number of teams that the Robotics Education and Competition Foundation has invited we are preparing for a 60 team field.
Our goal is to have a well-run and enjoyable event for all teams involved. We will be running two field sets with the goal of getting 8 Qualifying matches per team.
TEAM INSPECTIONS ARE GOING TO BE A CRITICAL PART OF THE DAY. Inspections will be from 8:30AM-9:30AM. If a robot is not inspected by 9:30, that team will not be included in the match schedule.
We simply will not inconvenience everyone who is involved to accomodate teams that are not prepared. Please take weather and other unknowns into account as you plan your day.
