WELCOME TO THE VEX HIGH VOLTAGE TOURNAMENT!

VRC Qualifying Tournament-NO JUDGING

This VRC event is a qualifying event to the Washington VRC Regional Championships and is open to all registered VRC teams.  

This is a non-judged tournament. Therefore, teams do not need to provide their Engineering Design Notebooks. Only  tournament champions will qualify for the opportunity to compete in the VRC Regional Championship, provided they have not already qualified. If so, the teams that advance to the Regional Championship will be determined by the Event Engagement Manager after the event has been uploaded and the results have been verified.  If you have questions about the Regional Championship qualification process, please contact your Event Engagement Manager, Richard Craig, [email protected]

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If bad weather causes cancelation of event, registration funds will be returned minus processing fees.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

If the Event Partner cancels the event, registration funds will be returned minus processing fees collected by VEX Robotics.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds for withdrawals will be given after February 5th.  All refunds requested before February 5th will be honored minus a $5 processing fee
