General Info

General Information

Robert D. Orr Plaza at the Indiana State Government CenterSouth Building Main AtriumOrr Plaza

This is the first ever State of Indiana, IOT Robotics Tournament!

It will take place in the Indiana Government Center South Building, 302 W Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46204.

The tournament will be located on the first floor of Indiana Government Center South, and there is one way into the event, via the Public Entrance on the East side of the building (next to the Indiana Statehouse). You will need to go through security there, and volunteers in bright colored shirts will direct you through the building toward the event. If you exit the building, you will not be able to enter again unless you go through security at the same public entrance.

This event is for teams that have not yet qualified for the State championship with preference toward allowing teams that have been in zero or one events.  Teams must register via the wait list.

A snack shop will be open from 8-2 p.m. on the day of the event.

Parking is available in either government center garages (North Senate Ave. garage OR South Washington St. garage). There is also the North Capitol Surface Lot located at 249 West New York Street, along with plenty of pay-to-park street parking around the campus.

If you need to drop off any larger equipment before you park, there are docks under the Indiana Government Centers. You will need to identify yourself to dock security and we will have someone meet you with a pallet or a cart. Contact the Event team members for more details on this:
