General Info

Please note this VRC event is a Saturday event! It also will be held in a smaller competition space than our bigger events, (classrooms and a hallway) so please be aware it is not a comfortable space for any spectators you might bring.

Please ensure all participants and supervisors have completed the VEX Release form, also located on Robot Events.

We do not have an alternate date if we must cancel for weather. Please check back for updates.

Teams MUST observe the match number sequence (which may be different than the estimated times!) and take responsibilty to be at the field in time for each match (plan for 2 matches ahead of the number printed on the match schedule). We will not wait for missing teams!

Be sure to review the Code of Conduct with your teams and supervisors. For questions or concerns please see the Event Partner (Mrs. Grady).

We would appreciate help/fields and game elements from other teams! Please contact Mrs. Grady at [email protected].

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.
