General Info
Hello and Welcome to our VRC Over and Under event.
We will have two competition fields and a practice field for our tournament.
All team members attending this event are required to submit the on line consent form through Robot Events
Doors will open at 8.00AM. Registration and inspection will be from 8:AM - 9.AM.
Teams must pay by 15th January in order to participate in the event..
Digital engineering notebooks are due by 5PM, January 30th.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: There will be no refunds
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: There will be no refunds
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
