Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of an emergency or bad weather, please check your email. Please contact Brian Giovanini with any questions. Makeup date is Friday, February 2 for any missing dates. In the event a date is cancelled due to weather, the finals date on February 2 will only include one qualifiation match, then finals.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued within a month.
