General Info

 

 

This is a Portola High School - Virtuoso 3759x - Robotics event. The proceeds from this event are used to support the Portola High School Robotics program. 

Snacks will be sold at concession stands at the event. Lunch will not be provided, so teams will need to acquire their own lunches. 

*Skills Challenge: Each Team will get 3 Driver Attempts & 3 Programming Attempts

Engineering Notebook: Engineering Notebooks must be submitted in-person at the event

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Event will only be cancelled when there is an extreme emergency or bad weather.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be available to all teams registered and have paid for the event.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds are available up to two weeks prior to the event.

Travel Info

Portola has a total of 3 parking lots. Please go to the large parking lot on the street Merit, as it will be closest to the gym entrance. The parking lot will be marked with signs at the entrance.
