Springfield High School MS/HS VRC JROTC/Blended Invitational
Priority consideration will be given to JROTC teams and those from Robertson County Schools first. Other teams within the TN Mid-Cumberland District will be added based on the number of events they have attended and as space allows.

Revised Agenda as of 1/31/24
7:45 am - Doors open for check-in (park behind school and enter at cafeteria)
8:00 am - Robot inspection and team interviews begin. Skills field opens
9:30 am - Skills field closes and drivers/team meeting begins
9:50 am - Robot inspection ends and qualification match list generated (all teams must pass inspection by 9:50)
10:00 am - Qualification matches begin
12:00 pm - Lunch and 2nd interviews for selected teams. Skills field will close through lunch break
1:00 pm - Skills field reopens and qualification matches resume.
3:30 pm - Qualification matches end and skills field closes for the day
3:45 pm - Alliance selection begins
4:00 pm - Elimination round begins
5:00 pm - Awards ceremony

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, we will reschedule the tournament if possible. Otherwise, registration fees will be refunded in full minus the RobotEvents $5.00 fee.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Registration fees will be refunded in full minus the $5.00 fee for RobotEvents.com.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Registration fees will be refunded in full minus the $5.00 fee for RobotEvents.com if the team withdraws two weeks prior to the event.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
