General Info

Welcome to the 1st Saint Bernard School VRC Over Under Qualifier. This amazing event will bring together teams from around New England. Our event is a qualifier for the Southern New England Championship.

Concessions will be available all day


REFUND POLICY:

Refunds will be available to teams requesting registration cancellation 7 or more days prior to the event.  No other refunds will be processed. 

If the event is cancelled, refunds (less any event partner expenses) will be processed by Saint Bernard.

The $5 Processing fee collected by the REC Foundation will be duducted from all refunds.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad Weather changes to the schedule will be emailed to team contacts

Options 

1 Event opening may be delayed to allow for travel.

2. Event may be cancelled due to the weather.

Announcements will go out by 6:00 am.  All teams are encouraged to use their best judgement when deciding to attend.

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment:
Any teams not marked paid in robotevents by the registration deadline of Friday, February 3 will be moved to the waitlist. Teams waiting to register will be notified until event capacity is filled.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event.

Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
