General Info
St Martin Robotics Teams are proud to host this years Over Under competition. This competition is open to all registered VRC teams. The competition will be held Feb 17, 2024 at St Martin Middle School cafeteria. (Park in football field parking lot).
Your payments must be shown in the system as paid by Feb 9, 2024 in order to participate in the competition. Please get on the waiting list if the competition has filled, or you have more than 3 teams and if any spots become available I will contact you.
Snacks will be available and we plan on ordering pizza for lunch. More specifics will be available closer to the event.
Please complete all team member release forms at REC Foundation as soon as possible. Once completed, you are good for the rest of the year. Information on Participant Release form and link -- https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5ab2c50d92047/web/
For those with team notebooks please have the complete and uploaded to robotevents.com.

Agenda
Thank you for registering for St Martin Robotics Over Under Open Blended Tournament. Please ensure that your teams have paid for the event prior to Feb 9, 2024.
Please have your teams upload their notebooks by Feb 9 so they can be reviewed prior to the competition.
Ensure that all team members and mentors have completed release forms prior to the event. It is preferred that you post them online through the following link https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5ab2c50d92047/web/ The advantage to this is it is one and done. Once entered, it is there for the season.
We will have lunch and snack items available for purchase through our concesssion stand throughout the day.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Registration fees will be reimbursed if the event is canceled.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: There will be no refunds.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
