Volunteer
Volunteers are what make VEX events happen. Our biggest need for each event are judges, and no experience is needed. Volunteers receive an event shirt, lunch, and snacks throughout the day. Contact James Jobe at [email protected] if you would lke to volunteer.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
All cancellations will be communicated through email. Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving). If neccessary, we will make every effort to reschedule the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
No Refunds. Registration fees may be transferred to another curreent season CCISD event.

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
