General Info

Welcome back to another Corona STEM Academy Robotics Tournament!

There are many food vendors in the immediate area. We do not plan to have food/drinks for sale at the event at this time.

We are hoping to see more Middle/Intermediate Schools at this event, even though it is open to all grade levels.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Event will only be cancelled when there is an extreme emergency or extreme bad weather.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be available to all teams that have paid.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Due to the complexities of trying to provide refunds through ASB funds, we will not be giving refunds for teams that have paid and then choose to withdraw or not attend.

 

Webcast

Our district has our networked LOCKED DOWN and we will not be able to provide a webcast

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
