General Info

AOE Robotics Club provides STEM education to students who like robotics but their school does not have such a program. With the sponsorship of Key Wealth Managers, the club will host this Robotics Challenge event. This all in person event will provide a great opportunity for middle school and high school students to demonstrate their STEM skill gained in the season. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

A reschedule of the event on 1/7/2023 if bad weather occurs. The event will be cancelled if either date does not work and a full refund will be issued.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

A full refund will be issued

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

If the withdraw occurs one week before 12/22/2023, a full refund will be issued. Cancellation after 12/15/2023 will not receive any refund unless a substitute team is found by the coach/mentor to fill that position.
