Teams are required to make registration payment by Dec 6, if registration payment is not received by the due date then the team will be moved to the waitlist.

Dec 6 by 6 PM EST - Teams can submit notebooks on robotevents.com

Waiting List:  If this event is full, please feel free to add your team to the Waiting List and then contact the Event Partner (Primary Contact on the General Info tab). The Event Partner will let you know about possible openings for the event. If you are moved from the Waiting List to the Registered Teams List, please be prepared to pay for the event promptly.

IMPORTANT! If your team will be late, you must call the Event Partner (Primary Contact on the General Info tab). If your team is not checked in on time, the match schedule will be run without your team and they cannot compete. The match schedule CANNOT be run after the tournament begins.

8:30 am           Check-In Open, Pits Open, and Inspections Open

9:30 am            Inspection Closes 

10:00 am         Qualification Matches Begin, Skills Field Opens

1:00 pm           30 minute Lunch Break

4:45 pm          Qualification Matches End, Skills Field Closes

5:00 pm          Alliance Selection – All Teams Present in the main competition area

5:45 pm          Elimination Matches & Judge’s Awards

6:30 pm          Finals Matches, Final Awards

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather this event may be cancelled.  Teams are advised to watch robotevents.com for weather related updates.   If the tournament must be cancelled or postponed, the name of the tournament will change to cancelled or postponed.  In the event of a cancellation or postponement, teams will be sent additional information via email.  

Refund and Payment Policies

No Refunds will be given if Team cancels the registration after Dec 6 2023

Judging Format

 Remote Judging - The Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges electronically. Interviews and Notebook submission deadlines may be scheduled ahead of the event date.

The notebook Submission deadline is Dec 6, 2023, by 6 PM EST

Team interview signup deadline Dec 6, 2023

An email will be sent out to the teams 3 weeks prior to the event to book spots online for the remote interview. Please make sure that you have access to the email that is registered on robotevents.com for the team.
