General Info

Welcome to the first Summit Huskies Iditarod Tournament!  We look forward to hosting your teams at Summit Charter Middle School in beautiful Boulder, Colorado.

As always, we depend on volunteers to make these events a success, so please consider asking your parents to consider volunteering to help.  As the event gets closer we'll send teams a link with volunteer positions we're looking to fill.

We're also looking for one or two practice fields for the pit area.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Notebooks must be submitted by a week before the event (Jan 26) for consideration!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

 

In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER (as determined by BVSD) the tournament will be canceled and no refunds will be available.

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment Deadline:

Payments for this tournament are due one week prior to the event (Jan 26).

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Withdrawing from the tournament?  Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.
