General Info

ALL TEAMS must check in with the event partner/scoring table by-9:00am so that we can accurately print the tournament match schedule. Please plan on arriving early to get through the inspection process and be prepared to begin on-time.  Coaches-- If you are delayed arriving the morning of the tournament, please call and let us know.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Weather cancellations will be determined by January 15th and coaches will be notified by e-mail. 

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be given if cancelations occur one week before the event, excluding the $5 REC Foundation registration fee. 

 

Judging Format

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline will be January 5th.
