General Info
ALL TEAMS must check in with the event partner/scoring table by-9:00am so that we can accurately print the tournament match schedule. Please plan on arriving early to get through the inspection process and be prepared to begin on-time. Coaches-- If you are delayed arriving the morning of the tournament, please call and let us know.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Weather cancellations will be determined by January 15th and coaches will be notified by e-mail.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will be given if cancelations occur one week before the event, excluding the $5 REC Foundation registration fee.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline will be January 5th.
