Volunteer

Volunteers are needed for:

  • Judging,
  • Queue Management,
  • Score Keeping,
  • Check In
  • Concessions.

Please contact Elaine McDonald at [email protected] if you have parents or associates that are able to help.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

While mid-March snow storms have happened, we are hoping for the best.

If we are going to cancle the event we will do so by 5PM on Friday.

This is the last possible weekend for qualifications, so there is not a snow date.  It's highly suggested that your teams make skills runs since we will pull DelMarVa Worlds qualification spots from skills if the event is cancled.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be issued for cancellation prior to March 1st.  After that time no refunds will be issued.

Judging Format

Judging information

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. See this link for instructions.
  • Electronic Notebook Submission Deadline is SATURDAY, March 2nd at 5PM

We are looking for help for both "at home notebook judging" and in person pit judging.  Please contact Elaine McDonald at [email protected] if you have people that can help.
