We are excited to host this Over Under tournament. 

  • The competition will take place at Clint High School which is located at 13890 Alameda Ave, Clint, TX 79836. 
  • Digital/scanned copies of Competition Logbooks must be uploaded on Robot Events by Monday, February 5th, end of day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If there is an emergency or Bad Weather the event will be rescheduled. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

If the event is canceled registration will be returned (minus $5.00 for RECF). 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

For a refund, the Event Coordinator must be notified at least 10 days prior to the event so that teams may be moved from the waitlist, or other teams invited to attend. The refund will be less than the registration by $5.00 for the RECF. 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
