Welcome to the Northfield Robotics VRC Blended Over Under Tournament! We are excited to be hosting an event this year and hope your team(s) will join us! We are looking forward to a great day of competition and recognizing the efforts of your students. Skills will be open throughout the qualificiation match schedule. Concessions will be available all day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of emergency or bad weather, we will email coaches as soon as possible.

If your team incurs travel delays, please call and/or text 260-571-4486 as soon as safely possible.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Full refund (minus the $5 team fee)

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Full refund (minus the $5 team fee) deadline will be 3 weeks prior to the event.

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
