Referees, TM Operators, Score Keepers, and Judges are always welcome. If you bring volunteer(s) there will be a discount/waived charge for your team(s) Once approved by the Event Partner. Also, any fields/game sets that can be brought and setup for a practice area will also qualify for a free team entry. Email me at [email protected] for more information.

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges. We can make arrangements if you want to submit your Engineering Notebook electronically.
