General Info

Welcome to Clarkston High Annual Vex Robotics Tournament. We hope you have a great learning experience.

We are planning to open doors by 7:30 am. At the end of the first round we will have a lunch break. The lunch time will be announce accordingly. 

We will have concessions

We ask that all teams be responsible for cleaning up their space at the end of the day before leaving. 

All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish)  Once per season covers all events.

Greeting and welcome to our annuual Clarkston High School Vex Tournament. We look forward to welcoming you. Please be sure to let one of the tournament coordinators know if you are willing to volunteer your time and efforts to ensuring the tournament runs smoothly. Thank you

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather and event is canceled by Clarkston (Dekalb Schooll District). All teams will be notified and event will be rescheduled at the earliest convience. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Funds will be refunded minus relative fees.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

- No Refunds

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
