General Info
The iDESIGN Central Toronto VEX Robotics Competition will be held at St. Michael's College School. Teams will qualify for the Ontario Provincial VEX Robotics Competition on Saturday, February 10, 2024.

What To Bring:
- Food will be available for pre-order. Outside food is permitted, please be tidy.

Payment Information: Please make your payment within one month of registration. Teams wishing to cancel their registration and be reimubrsed for the registration fee must notify Diana Kim ([email protected]) by Friday, January 19, 2024. There wiill be no refunds if spot is cancelled after this date. Please refer to the payment and refund policies for more details.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, a notice will be posted on the event page to inform teams. Please ensure that your contact information on Robot Events is up to date.
Refund and Payment Policies
Registration fees paid by cheque or e-transfer must be received by Diana Kim, The Bishop Strachan School, within 1 month of registration to secure your spot. If the competition reaches its maximum capacity, teams that haven't made their payment by this date will be removed from the team registration list to accommodate those who are still interested.
For teams wishing to cancel their registration and receive a refund of the registration fee, please notify Diana Kim ([email protected]) by Friday, January 19, 2024. After this date, no refunds will be provided.
Cheques:
1. Please make cheque payable to: "The Bishop Strachan School" and send care of Diana Kim to:
298 Lonsdale Road, M4V 1X2, Toronto ON.
2. Please ensure to mention your team # under the memo section.
3. Once sent the cheque, please send an email with your team # to Diana Kim ([email protected]) to confirm your payment.
E- Transfers:
Payment can be made via e-transfer.
1. Choose "Pay Bill," select your Payee as "Bishop Strachan School," and use Payee Account # is 9997. Please remember to include your team # in the description.
2. After completing the payment, please send an email to Diana Kim ([email protected]) to confirm your payment.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full refunds will be provided.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will be provided for teams registered up to January 19, 2024, afterwhich refunds will only be provided as long as replacements are found.

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges
