Event will require —
4 to 6 Judges (adults only / preferably trained but not necessary)
4 Scoring Referees (15 years old or older)
1 Skills Field Referee (adult only)
5 Morning Field Resetters (ideal position for youth)
5 Afternoon Field Resetters (ideal position for youth)
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, the event will take direction from local emergency protocols and school district policies. Notification will be provided as soon as event hosts are notified.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Full refend
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Full refund will be granted for notification prior to one week before event and then no refund will be granted.

- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
