General Info

There hasn't been a battle like this here since 1812!  This innagural event is a one-day tournament with five rounds of qualifying, alliance selection and elimination rounds starting with 16 alliances.  2 Skills fields will also be available during qualifying rounds. Skills fields will close 15 minutes before alliance selection. 

Hosted by A.N. Myer. "Error 404 Robotics". Pits will be located in the cafeteria, competition fields will be in the adjacent triple gym with bleachers. Both main spaces are located in the the North West corner of the school adjacent to the parking lot/sports field. There will be a fundraising consession stand on site selling Pizza by the slice, canned drinks, and snacks located in the cafeteria (pits).

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Teams are advised to watch robotevents.com for weather or emergency related cancellations. If the tournament must be cancelled or postponed the name of the tournament will change to "Cancelled" or "Postponed". In the event of a cancellation or postponement teams will be sent additional information to their contact person via email.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

This situation is unlikely and a full refund will be provided.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Once a team has paid the registration fee, no refunds will be given

Note:

Teams have 2 weeks after registration to pay for this event. unpaid teams will be moved to the waiting list. Unpaid registrations can only hold a team's spot at this event for 2 weeks.

Judging Format

 Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission deadline for notebooks, Nov 9th, 5:00 PM, 2023.
