General Info

Welcome all to the 3rd Annual Blaze Robotics Middle School and First Year High School  League. 

The intent is to have younger EDR teams compete. All High School teams will be waitlisted in preference of Middle School teams and added based on experience. This will be a 5 week League. With 4 qualifying weeks and 1 Finals week. 

 Looking forward to seeing how the See-Saw tips this year.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather or an act of god situation. We will attempt to reschedule the event first. We will hold the Finals prior to the cut off date for State.

Refund and Payment Policies

There will not be refunds for the event regardless of circumstances. It is expected that teams utilize the RobotEvents system to handle event payments prior to attending the event.

Judging Format

 Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
