General Info

Doors open at 8:00AM. Only small snacks will be available for purchase while supplies last. 

Competition space will be very limited and audience seating will be sparse. Limit the number of friends/family attending as much as possible.

Matches and Robot Skills will be run VRC portable competition fields atop 24" risers.  

All attendees are expected to abide by the Code of Conduct.

All participants are expected to complete the Consent Form. Once per season covers all events.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE! We will do our best to keep the competition on schedule. 

8:00 Doors Open; Teams Check-In and Inspection; Robot Skills Opens (after passing inspection). Skills will run until the qualification matches are over. We may be able to extend the time, but get your attempts in early!

9:00 Opening Remarks, Driver Meeting

9:30 - 12:50 Qualification Matches

12:50 - 1:35 Lunch Break

1:40 - 2:00  Alliance Selections

2:00 - 3:00 Finals Matches

3:00 - 3:15 Awards

This event will only be postponed due to extreme weather condition and district policies.

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment Policy

Payment should be made at least 10 calendar days before the day of the competition. Ten calendar days before the competition, we will check your payment status in If your status is listed as "Unpaid", "Pending" or anything other than "Paid", you will be contacted via email and asked to reply showing proof of CC payment or approved purchase order (e.g. a scanned image or PDF of the PO). If you fail to provide proof of payment by noon on the Saturday prior to the event (i.e. one week prior to the competition), your team(s) will be moved to the waitlist and your spot(s) will go to other teams.

If you pay your registration but are unable to attend, we will not be able to issue a refund.


Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if the event partner has to cancel the event.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks must be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. 

Notebook link must be submitted by 2/01/24 at 11:59PM.
