Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Due to how Robot Events send payments to Brookwood High School, we are unable to offer refunds to teams that have completed payment. In the event the EP Needs to cancel this event after payment has been made, that money can be applied to a future Brookwood High School event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
We are unable to offer refunds for this event. Because of this, teams should wait to make payment until they are certain they can and want to attend while being mindful of the payment due date. Any team unpaid by payment due date will be removed from the registered team list without notification.
If a team has to withdraw from competition after payment is made, Brookwood High School can consider transferring the registration fee to later Brookwood High School hosted event.
All PO's and payments must be cleared 7 days prior to the event.
