General Info

Hilldal Event Center is next to our High School Football Field. Plenty of parking is available! 

Address is 300 E Smith Ferry Road, Muskogee

We welcome new teams!!! 

Please bring extension cords as we are limited with plug ins being at the front of the stage. 

Competition will begin at 10:00 so please make sure you are here and inspected by then! 

We will have a full concession with Walking Tacos, Nachos and Hot Dogs available!

Code of Conduct

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If Inclement weather occurs, we will cancel the event by 12:00 noon on January 26th.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Credit will be issued for our next event

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Credit will be issued for our next event

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
